CoraLite directly-conjugated antibodies for IF
Our popular monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies are now available directly conjugated with fluorescent dyes: CoraLite488, CoraLite594 and CoraLite647. They act as perfect tools for immunofluorescence studies requiring multiplex co-labeling studies without the need for secondary antibodies.
CoraLite fluorescent dye-conjugated antibodies are precise and reliable tools for a broad range of fluorescence-based research applications such as immunofluorescence, flow cytometry and ELISA-like assays.
The CoraLite dyes have equivalent brightness to the Alexa Fluor line. Additionally, each fluorophore can be used simultaneously in co-localisation studies due to the minimum overlapping fluorescence spectra. The CoraLite line of fluorescent conjugated antibodies enables faster and simultaneous detection of multiple targets in one experiment.

AuthentiKine ELISA kit development starts with production of HumanKine immunogens. These are human-cell expressed proteins with native glycosylation and processing, in comparison to the industry standard of E. coli derived proteins. To best mimic the human sample analyte for optimizing the antibody parameters, HumanKine proteins are used as the standard.
