The S.N.A.P.™ MidiPrep Kit is medium-scale plasmid DNA purification kit designed for fast and easy purification of pure plasmid DNA from 10–100 mL of overnight culture (Figure 1). The S.N.A.P. MidiPrep procedure takes just 40 minutes.
- Lyse cells and filter debris with the S.N.A.P. filtering column
- Apply flow-through to the S.N.A.P.™ DNA binding column
- Wash the column
- Elute pure, supercoiled plasmid DNA in water or TE buffer
