Description

The kit is used for the selection of CD4+ T cells from mouse spleen in conjunction with the FABian&trade system.

It includes CD4 Fab-Strep (mouse), the Cell Isolation Column, Cell Isolation Buffer, Biotin for Cell Elution and tubes and a luer lock adapter with the syringe.

Each kit is sufficient for one FABian&trade run to isolate up to 3x10^7 target cells.
